We moved from Toronto, Canada and Julian helped us find our dream home after 2-years of searching (delay was on us). I met Julian when I was in a bind trying to find a new house to rent on very short notice. He was the only agent to return my calls for renting houses. After that he quickly got some places together to look at and helped me sign a lease and get in a good place. I knew after that I had found the guy I wanted to work with on the next rental. Fast forward two years life and the world changed. I did not need to rent any more and wanted to buy a place. But man do/did I have some odd requirements, some life complications and bad timing. He took it all in stride and found me an amazing place. We almost had to walk away from the deal but the sellers agent and him were able to make it all work out, and I now have an incredible place thanks to Julian.
